Pomodorino Corbarino in Sugo
€2.23

Peeled Tomato

Our peeled tomato is made with both long and round tomatoes, grown in the southern regions, a short distance from the processing site and processed within a few hours of harvesting, so as to leave their aroma and freshness unaltered.
Washed, peeled and immersed in their sauce, they represent one of the pillars of Italian cuisine.
Tomato Fillets in Sauce
€1.96
We obtain our tomato fillets from the best long tomatoes, the most full-bodied and consistent ones, which are left to peel and cut into wedges, leaving their shape unchanged. They are preserved without seeds with the addition of a bright red tomato juice, assuming the classic shape of the "Pacchetella" of the past.
